The Noldor Residency welcomes 2023 Junior Fellow Ishmael Armarh!

We are so happy to introduce you all to our new artist – Ghanaian-based Ishmael Armarh.
Ishmael is currently a Visiting Fellow but happy to confirm that he will be continuing his tenure in the future as our 2023 Junior Fellow officially next year.

We can’t wait to see how he builds his distinct and intrepid visual vocabulary during this time at the residency through his dark brooding subjects.

Ishmael has started his tenure with preparations for his first solo exhibition in London with Chilli Art Projects in May.
