Exciting news! Our Chief Curator, Sally Polley has been selected as an adjudicator for the 2024 Absa L’Atelier Prize competition.

The Absa L’Atelier Prize is a leading Pan-African art competition, which has been running for 38 years and is hosted annually by Absa in partnership with the South African National Association for the Visual Arts (a.k.a. SANAVA).

The competition opens on 1 April 2024. Adjudication will take place between June and July 2024 with the winners announced in October 2024 and a winners’ exhibition later in the year at the Institute Museum of Ghana in Accra.

Hearty congratulations to Sally Polley on this amazing feat!
