Dela Quarshie presents solo exhibition, “Persistence Of My Dream” at Institute Museum of Ghana

We are very excited to announce the museum exhibition of 2023 Noldor Visiting Fellow, Dela Quarshie at the Institute Museum of Ghana!

The solo exhibition titled ‘Persistence of My Dream’, features a dynamic body of work created by Dela [b.1993] during his tenure at the Noldor Residency. These anthropological pieces draw parallels between the depth of our thoughts, symbolised by the vast ocean, and the boundless achievable possibilities that reside within. The mythology of sirens and the enigma of life in the deep blue have always been a thematic focus for the artist. The scale of the works in this exhibition speaks to this.

Curated by Sally Polley, the museum exhibition will open on March 15th, 2024 and will be on display till May 25th, 2024.
