In Support of the Fulani Test Kitchen Foundation

We are delighted to have our anniversary dinner shed light on such a worthy cause as the Fulani Test Kitchen Foundation (https://fulanitestkitchen.com/). The culinary foundation was founded by our chef for our special night, Chef Binta, a modern nomadic chef.

The Fulani Test Kitchen Foundation’s goal is to empower Fulani communities in West Africa, help Fulani women own land, grow fonio, and help improve the livelihoods of Fulani communities across board.

To raise funds for the cause, we will have a silent auction, in which “Rich Auntie Sheila, 2021” donated by our Artist-in-Residence Foster Sakyiamah will be offered. The work will be open for bids upon private enquiry and all the proceeds will go towards the Fulani Test Kitchen Foundation.
