Fellows from Blooming Minds Change Champion Network (BMCCN) were guests of Noldor under our Enlighten Project – our community-focused initiative.

After touring the institution, the fellows had a fun painting session with some Noldor fellows.

Enlighten Project reaches more students in Accra

Noldor had the utmost pleasure of opening its doors to fellows from Blooming Minds Change Champion Network (BMCCN) – an Accra-Lagos-based NGO committed to nurturing the creativity of children.

BMCCN’s mission falls in line with our Enlighten Project – a community-focused initiative which seeks to spark interest in the arts and shape the artistry of budding practitioners.

The fellows, aged between 6 and 12 embarked on a tour of the institution after which they created some art with the guidance of some of Noldor’s Fellows; Suleyman Wellings-Longmore, Dela Quarshie and Richard Nattoo. It was fulfilling to see these young ones put in effort and ask relevant questions during the creative process.

We’re glad we can meaningfully impart the journey of such young minds.

About Enlighten Project

Enlighten Project is steeped in Noldor’s dedication to interact with, and impact local communities using contemporary arts as a conduit. It resonates with our mission as a cultural institution to unearth talents and spark interest of future generations in the arts, especially those in marginalised communities while providing guidance to those with some level of skill and knowledge.

The projects are undertaken in various forms including mentorship sessions, donations, skill training and fun activities.

Six months since its launch, the Enlighten Project has reached over 160 children in Ghana!
