"A Glitch in My Skin" - Institute Museum of Ghana Commemorates Opening with Groundbreaking Exhibition

What a historical week it has been. This past Saturday, we officially opened as the Institute Museum of Ghana , the first contemporary art museum in the country. We are so amazed to have opened up the space with our 2021 Visiting Fellow Dr. Mimi Adu-Serwaah, being the first artist and female artist to inaugurate the future of what the museum hopes to accomplish.

The exhibition “A Glitch in My Skin” is exceptional and groundbreaking as it displays the strength of black womanhood and the bond built through women’s empowerment.

Make your way to the institute, as the show will run until June 11th, 2022. To schedule your visit, please go to: https://noldorresidency.com/residency/schedule-a-visit/

We can’t wait to share more of the special moments of our journey. Stay Tuned!
